I eat this lots before a workout or in the morning for my first meal! YUMMY
1.5 oz Organic Rolled Oatmeal
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (or any flavor you like)
1/4 cup egg white
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp peanut butter – natural / organic
Mix protein powder and cold water together first. Allow PP to mix with water smoothly.
Add oatmeal and peanut butter – microwave until peanut butter mixes in.
Add egg whites and cinnamon and mix then microwave until fluffy.
